Family Ultimate Frisbee (NP CE) on Tuestday 10/15/2024 at Duzine
Event Info: The family in family ultimate frisbee means everyone is welcome, but it is known for the dynamic of kids/youth and parents playing ultimate frisbee together. We work to make even matchups and we modify rules for players of different ages and levels, to make the game fun for everyone. Today, we will warm up with dynamic stretching and frizzbee jazz (a style of frizzbee in which multiple players throw multiple frizzbees at a time or in a row). Then we will play family ultimate games and we may throw a game or two of sharks and minnows "Frizbee style" into the mix.

Directions: When weather is nice, we start out in the field just past the playground and then move to the gym when it starts getting dark. The entrance to the gym is to the left of the front entrance.
