5c1 RIC3 Fam Frisbee Team

Our primary goal is to elevate every player’s individual potential and maximize the team’s collective potential by learning and putting flow concepts into practice on the Ultimate Frisbee field. To be eligible to play in that week's upcoming game, each player must complete at least 1 total hour of Developmental Sessions during the previous week (See Game Eligibility - Play or No Play). For communication, we expect players to utilize the RIC3 Fam Hub to stay up to date on current happenings, sign into events and learn the Playbook.
